Superficially mixed metal oxide electrodes
A superficially mixed metal oxide electrode and a method ofpreparing same. The electrode is useful in anodic electrochemicalreactions. There is no distinct outer layer of either noble metalor noble metal oxide. Instead, the noble metal or noble metal oxideis superficially mixed in with a layer of an oxide of afilm-forming metal which has been deposited over a conductive basemetal.
