Chelsea Lehman is a Senior Project Management Specialist within the International Education Division at RTI International with expertise in project management, operational implementation, and teaching English as a Second Language (ESL). Ms. Lehman currently serves as the home office Project Manager on the following activities: The USAID-funded Georgia Basic Education Program, the USDA-funded Food for Education Program in Kyrgyzstan, and the USAID-funded Shobai Miley Shikhi Activity in Bangladesh. Prior to serving in the Project Manager role, Ms. Lehman managed the home office financial and operational support for various RTI projects in Asia.

Prior to joining RTI, Ms. Lehman worked at ACDI/VOCA as a Startup and Closeout Specialist. In this role, she traveled to the field to start and close projects and worked to streamline startup tools and resources. Ms. Lehman began her career as a teacher and has taught Malaysian high school students, Burmese refugees, and illiterate adults in Washington, D.C.
