JoNita M. Cox, a project management specialist in the Policing Research Program, has over 7 years of experience supporting daily business operations functions for managers, executive leaders, and other staff with reporting requirements, project management, research, and data collection needs. Ms. Cox has excellent time-management skills; shows great attention to detail; and has experience multitasking, prioritizing, and adapting to new software and processes.
Ms. Cox has extensive broad-based business experience and has a proven track record of partnering effectively on cross-functional projects and teams. Her expertise is in interpersonal communication and relationship management skills; including communicating effectively and professionally with multiple levels within the organization, as well as with partners, subcontractors and customers.
Additionally, Ms. Cox creates and issues client proposals, executes consultant agreements and License Agreements, manages resource needs and fosters collaboration across many areas of RTI. She is a trained delegate by legal staff and has RTI Delegation of Signatory Authority for relevant non-federal contracts.
Ms. Cox currently serves as business operations manager for RTI’s CFS Analytics™, where she serves as liaison for the operational needs and is the point of contact for other departments; including corporate communications, supply chain, finance, ITS, Center for Data Science, legal staff, sales team, partners, and clients.
