Jeanne A. Snodgrass has over two decades of experience in the areas of survey research, methodological design, qualitative and quantitative research, program evaluation, and project management.  She currently works with federal, state, and local education agencies to improve the quality of career and technical education, adult education, and community college programs and policies. Ms. Snodgrass also has a strong background in designing data collection instruments, procedures, and materials and in managing data collection activities.

Ms. Snodgrass currently serves as a task leader on a project improving career and technical education (CTE), which provides technical and logistical assistance to state and local grantees and leads or has led survey and data collection activities for CTE evaluation projects in Montana, Hawaii, and Kansas. Ms. Snodgrass also leads methodological tasks for a large national survey that collects U.S. prevalence and incidence rates on a variety of health issues. In addition to her current work, Ms. Snodgrass has designed and implemented surveys and other quantitative and qualitative research projects and performed data analysis for a variety of RTI government and nongovernment clients.
