A senior organizational development and learning specialist in the Learning and Training Group at RTI, Felicia Long is a results-driven learning strategist and talent-development professional with more than 20 years’ experience in consulting, managing, developing, and facilitating learning and development opportunities in both the government and corporate sectors. She also has deep experience developing learning strategies and building training programs from the ground up, as well as developing training programs, performing gap analyses and needs assessments, developing curricula, and providing leadership.
Ms. Long applies her expertise to assess and reassess organizational needs in order to provide continuous organizational improvement, and provides project management for learning-solutions development, manages work plans, and supervises staff. Over the course of her career, she has successfully increased training compliance and participation while impacting organizational and individual performance.
