Thomas Bukowski is a digital and social media health research analyst in RTI’s Center for Health Analytics, Media, and Policy’s Health Media Impact and Digital Analytics program. He is experienced in using public program evaluation techniques in conjunction with digital analytics to evaluate public health digital media campaigns, in writing evaluation frameworks and evaluation reports on public health education campaigns, and in using data visual storytelling for presentations and reports. Currently, Mr. Bukowski is working on several projects, including evaluating the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s Tips From Former Smokers® website and digital advertising campaign, social media listening analysis of audience perceptions about COVID-19, and surveillance of public-facing conversations about e-cigarettes on social media and forums.
