Rich Zemonek is a Research Computing Division Manager who has over 15 years of experience in the Research Computing Division at RTI as a software engineer and manager. Currently, he serves as a Technical Lead for Lab 58, a corporate innovation lab operating inside RTI.

Since joining the company in 2006, Mr. Zemonek has led virtual and augmented reality projects with an Agile team of skilled Unity 3D developers. He brings over a decade of software task leadership experience for several software development teams, program and project leadership, and administrative experience. He is also a subject matter expert in full motion simulator development, full software lifecycle development, fluent in coding in C#, VB, C++, and SQL, among other programming languages.

Previously Mr. Zemonek worked as a critical path software engineer for CAE Inc., the world’s leader in flight simulators. He is also an ICAgile Certified Professional, as recognized by the International Consortium for Agile.
