Jules Lampell

Jules Lampell is an experienced project manager, currently managing food security and agriculture projects in sub-Saharan Africa and assisting in business development efforts worldwide. 

He has 15 years of experience as Chief of Party for USAID-funded projects in economic growth, SME development, women entrepreneurship, and gender justice projects in Latin America and South Asia; 10 years of experience managing national trade and economic development programs in Mexico; and 10 years of experience in private business. Prior to joining RTI in 2022, Mr. Lampell worked at Chemonics headquarters as a Senior Director, and as a Chief of Party in Guatemala, El Salvador, Bangladesh, and Bolivia.

Mr. Lampell is a skilled facilitator, bringing together government officials and municipalities, donors, private sector businesses, and other local stakeholders to promote social integration and regional economic development, among others.

He is a native English and Spanish speaker.
