Eric Poitras is an expert research chemist for RTI’s Center for Analytical Sciences. Currently he serves as the project manager for the Environmental Lead Proficiency Testing (ELPAT) Program, which is administered by the American Industrial Hygiene Association (AIHA). Mr. Poitras has vast experience in proficiency testing for lead content in paint, soil and dust samples provided to a variety of labs across the world. He also has multiple years of experience in trace and ultra-trace metals analysis in a variety of sample types, as well as in project management for several environmental projects related to PM2.5 Speciation.
