Mr. Christophe Poublanc has over 20 years of experience designing, managing, and implementing international development programs focused on agriculture and food security, value chain development, inclusive economic growth, youth engagement, workforce development, institutional capacity building, and public-private partnerships. 

Mr. Poublanc currently serves as Chief of Party for the Feed the Future Senegal Dooleel Mbay project which is helping promote inclusive economic growth through a facilitative market systems approach to food security and agriculture. Previously for RTI, he served as Chief of Party for the Feed the Future Senegal Naatal Mbay project and the USAID/Excellence in Higher Education for Liberian Development (EHELD) project, and as Deputy Chief of Party for a USAID Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene project in Senegal (Programme Eau Potable et Assainissement). 

Prior to joining RTI, Mr. Poublanc served as Country Director for IRD in Burkina Faso, where he oversaw and supervised three field offices and three local partners and led two projects: a U.S. Department of Agriculture Food for Progress Enhanced Competitiveness of Sesame and Fonio Value Chains, and a Bureau for Population, Refugees, and Migration Advancing Animal Assets program. 

Mr. Poublanc is a native French speaker and fluent in English.
