Ashley Boddie is an Agricultural Development Specialist at RTI who helps design agricultural development programs, including developing theories of change, approaches, and interventions. In addition, her work focuses on identifying sustainable solutions to address market system challenges. She also supports independent research and development initiatives at RTI, including serving as the principal investigator on a research project exploring enterprise resilience and agricultural input access during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Before joining RTI in 2018, Ms. Boddie studied at Cornell University, where she conducted a study surveying the impacts of high maize prices on farmers in Kenya. Her expertise also includes identifying and exploring key research questions to address development challenges.
