She currently serves as the Project Director of the National Implementation of the Home Health Care CAHPS® Survey, a large national survey of patients who receive home health care. RTI’s role on this survey is to provide technical assistance and oversight of independent survey vendors as well as analyze data for public reporting on Medicare’s website.  She has worked for a diverse set of both government and commercial clients.
