CFS Analytics Demo Series

August 15, 2018 - 2:00pm to 3:00pm

Calls for service (CFS) drive the demand for public safety resources, making CFS data the foundation for understanding operational demands and strategic priorities within police agencies.
CFS Analytics is a tool developed by RTI International to automate the analysis of this important data source. Leveraging the value of CFS data, decision makers are able to more effectively understand their agency’s data to make better-informed business, resource and community decisions.
Please join us for a free demo on using CFS Analytics to easily unlock the full capability of your data. Multiple demo dates available.

CFS Analytics can help you:

  • Manage performance: Quickly compare response time and other performance metrics across different units.
  • Justify budgets: Demonstrate to external parties the demands on an agency's resources.
  • Allocate resources: Confirm that resources are being deployed in the right place at the right time.
  • Improve awareness: Augment institutional knowledge and first responder experience with visualizations and data.
  • Identify time and manpower constraints: Identify operational chokepoints where resources are outstripped by demand.
  • Compare citizen- and responder-initiated work: Identify how citizen demand for resources compare with where officers are delivering resources.
