With this experience, Dr. Chepaitis applies a unique understanding of varied aspects of health and social care to practical and theoretical work.

At RTI, her research and evaluation projects have focused and continue to focus primarily on health care reform, community health care, and the integration of health, social, and supportive care for the underserved. Her current project roles include leading major tasks such as qualitative evaluation or reporting tasks, and leading or co-leading state or awardee qualitative evaluation teams.
