Robyn Camp

Robyn Camp has 25 years of experience working towards decarbonization, including successful initiatives in clean energy, energy efficiency, carbon markets and other climate change mitigation activities.

Ms. Camp has advised public and private organizations in North America, Asia, and Latin America in the energy, oil & gas, manufacturing, consumer products, local government and other sectors on low-carbon transformation. She helped the State of California develop and implement its groundbreaking global warming solutions programs and has supported governments across North America, Eastern Europe, and Asia in implementing green development policies and programs.

Ms. Camp served as a technical advisor to the Government of Kazakhstan, helping develop green economy programs. She is committed to facilitating the transition to net-zero development through practical solutions for policymakers, the private sector, and civil society.

She has helped policymakers develop standards, regulations and tools that facilitate transparent and accurate data collection (MRV), designing and implementing carbon markets. The policies help helping local governments and businesses implement greenhouse gas mitigation strategies, including clean energy procurement and energy efficiency. She has also led capacity building, outreach, and coordination among public and private sector organizations.

In addition to her technical roles, Ms. Camp served for five years in organizational leadership, including strategic, operational and technical program management. She’s a native English speaker and proficient in French.
