Jenna Frkovich is a program manager who is passionate about combining theory-driven, evidence-based communications with digital and social media strategies to help public sector initiatives promote informed decision-making and behavior change. She has experience planning and executing strategic communication plans for over a dozen national campaigns and programs, addressing issues such as HIV prevention, aging well, opioid overdose prevention, COVID-19, and the social determinants of health.

Ms. Frkovich is adept at leveraging data-driven insights gathered through materials testing, user experience research, and digital analytics to inform the development of creative products and dissemination approaches that engage audiences and inspire action. She is certified in UX research, Google ads/analytics, digital design, and web publishing and has managed award-winning websites for the Administration for Children and Families and the National Council on Aging.

Ms. Frkovich is also an advocate for health literacy and has created plain language print and digital materials for the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, the National Institutes of Health, the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation and other federal, foundation, and nonprofit organizations following best practices for clear communication, stigma reduction, and user-centered design.
