Aaliyah Goodman is a public health researcher at RTI who focuses on health equity and policy. She is currently involved with qualitative coding and analysis on the Federal Meta-Analysis Support project, which is funded by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) and aims to conduct federal evaluations of Section 1115 substance use disorder demonstrations in more than 30 states. Goodman is also supporting several other CMS-funded projects with health equity components, including the implementation of the Enhancing Oncology Model and an evaluation of the Financial Alignment Initiative for Medicare-Medicaid Enrollees.

Prior to joining RTI in 2022, she worked at the Duke Global Health Institute where she assisted with day-to-day operations of clinical research, including conducting study visits and data collection for digital health studies.
