We believe professional learning is most meaningful when connected to the authentic challenges of school leaders. We take a listen-first approach grounded in the prevailing belief that context is critical. Our three-part research-practice-reflection approach uses authentic district and school goals, strengths, and challenges as means of development. Support may include:
