Sara Zuckerbraun

Sara Zuckerbraun is an expert in survey research in the social and statistical sciences with over 27 years of experience. In her current role as Program Director for RTI’s Program in Experience of Care Surveys, she is responsible for providing scientific and management leadership for a program portfolio of projects which design, implement, and manage surveys of patients, providers, and beneficiaries across multiple health care settings. This includes surveys in the federal government's Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and System (CAHPS) program, as well as non-CAHPS surveys.

Ms. Zuckerbraun also serves as a senior survey director, where she directs all aspects of survey projects. She focuses on recruitment, respondents' experiences, and the research goals of clients, in addition to advising organizations and government agencies on patient surveys inside and outside the CAHPS program. Ms. Zuckerbraun publishes and presents in peer review journals and national conferences about CAHPS and patient experience.
