The rankings acknowledge RTI as a family-friendly workplace in addition to a previous award as one of America’s Greatest Workplaces overall this year
RESEARCH TRIANGLE PARK, N.C. — RTI International, a nonprofit research institute, was included as one of the top 800 organizations in Newsweek’s America’s Greatest Workplaces for Parents & Families 2023 rankings following one of the largest employee review studies in the U.S. The survey was conducted in collaboration with market-data research firm Plant-A Insights.

Based on evaluation in the following eight categories, RTI earned four out of five stars: corporate culture, working environment, work-life balance, company image, training and career progression, compensation and benefits, sustainability awareness and proactive efforts toward workplace diversity. The first three categories were weighted more heavily for this survey.

America's Greatest Workplaces for Parents and Families 2023 was determined by surveying 36,000 parents who work for companies that employ at least 1,000 individuals. The study collected 224,000 company reviews.
The recognition underscores RTI’s commitment to creating a family-friendly work environment. The institute was also recognized as one of America’s Greatest Workplaces overall in 2023.
