Rebecca Perry has over 15 years of experience working with both public-sector programs and private-sector health coverage and care delivery initiatives. Currently, she is part of RTI’s 5-year independent evaluation of the Maryland All-Payer Model for the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services. She also works on state government projects such as with the District of Columbia Department of Behavioral Health where she is evaluating their substance use prevention programming and community engagement in this prevention.
Ms. Perry has also led numerous projects and tasks that draw on her expertise in qualitative and quantitative research methods, monitoring and evaluation, and training and capacity building.
In addition, Ms. Perry is the co-founder and co-chair of RTI’s Women’s Advancement Leadership and Success Employee Resource Group.
