Connect

Katherine Kristoffersen serves as a Monitoring, Evaluation, Research, Learning, and Adapting (MERLA) Manager in RTI's International Development Group. She works with project staff counterparts to integrate collaboration, learning, and adapting (CLA) into project implementation to maximize effectiveness and ensure activities are grounded in a strong evidence base. Additionally, she also supports efforts for technical and MERLA considerations during project design. Her primary MERLA focus points are energy, climate change, and natural resource management programming. Before joining RTI in 2018, Ms. Kristoffersen worked at Duke Center for International Development.
