Karmann Riter helps clients with data management planning and execution as well as community outreach, including citizen scientist recruitment. A PMI-certified Project Management Professional, she supports a variety of programs across the social and laboratory sciences at RTI.
Ms. Riter joined RTI in 2008. Her recent projects have served Federal and commercial clients with database solutions and data management planning. Often these needs are related to research data and the need to organize and share information (data and graphics) smartly and securely. Ms. Riter’s expertise has applied to a variety of fields, including nanotechnology, citizen science, solid-state lighting, and, more recently, personal protective equipment (PPE) testing. Her passion is to create the best plan, up front, to accomplish her client’s goals and execute to produce impactful data systems that improve business practices and technologies.
