Jennifer (Jenn) Kovolski is an international development professional with more than 15 years of experience working to increase access to improved water and sanitation services, with a particular focus on women and girls. She serves as RTI’s Director, Water Services, where she provides management, leadership and growth strategies, drives technical excellence, and leads business development growth.
Prior to joining RTI, Ms. Kovolski worked with DT Global (formally AECOM International Development), where she held a variety of home and field office positions. She has served as the senior home office representative on numerous USAID water and energy projects, including in Afghanistan, Jordan, Kosovo, Philippines, and Southern Africa. She was also the Deputy Chief of Party for USAID’s ECO-Asia program, a water, sanitation, and environmental governance project working in ten Asian countries, where she led social and behavior change communication and gender-mainstreaming activities.
Ms. Kovolski was previously the Outreach and Evaluation Manager for an education ICT NGO, where she was responsible for program evaluation, fundraising, and designing ICT activities that contributed to girls’ empowerment. She also served as a Community Development Peace Corps Volunteer in Morocco.
