David White

David White is the senior vice president of technology practice at RTI. He defines, leads, and administers all aspects of IT strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives, enterprise priorities, and growth and efficiency targets. Mr. White partners with leaders across the organization to understand requirements, formulate strategies, and implement best-fit solutions. Additionally, he identifies opportunities to manage and leverage decades of proprietary data, build strategy segments, and protect information in support of novel future projects.

Mr. White is passionate about increasing employee engagement by building a talented IT organization comprised of individuals from diverse backgrounds, providing career pathways to promote internal growth, and turning around morale. Currently, he is working to formalize new technology practice organization.

Mr. White joined RTI in 2022. Prior, he served as the vice president and chief information officer for Battelle. He was also a senior consultant at Navigator Management Partners, a principal consultant at Thompson, Cobb, Bazilio & Associates, and an executive program director at the State of Ohio, Office of Administrative Services.

In addition to his extensive career, Mr. White holds several professional memberships, including on the CIO Advisory Board of Box.com and as trustee of the Columbus Metropolitan Library and Franklin University. He holds a professional affiliation with the Information Technology Senior Management Forum (ITSMF).
