A research economist in RTI’s Food, Nutrition, and Obesity Policy Research Program, Dallas Wood has used economic modeling to study the impact of various governmental policies. Most recently, Dr. Wood led the development of a model for the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) that predicts how consumers’ purchases of various FDA-regulated products will respond to new information about the health risks of those products.
