Brett Lissenden specializes in economic research on health insurance policy. He works with large claims datasets, and offers skills in modeling, policy simulation, outlier analysis, and report writing.

Since joining RTI’s Health Care Finance and Payment program in 2017, Dr. Lissenden has focused on risk adjustment research on the individual and small group markets for the Department of Health and Human Services and claims monitoring for the CMMI’s Oncology Care Model. He is an associate of the Society of Actuaries.
