Aubrey Collins is a research economist in RTI’s Health Care Financing and Payment Center. She conducts or contributes to quantitative and qualitative analyses of large-scale, government-funded health policy and health services evaluations and demonstrations.

Ms. Collins joined RTI in 2016 and has been actively involved in several projects and research efforts for the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS). She served as associate project director for program analysis of the Next Generation ACO Model, which involved model development, report specification and design, Medicare claims analysis, participating provider list processing, technical assistance to ACOs, and coordination with multiple CMS contractors.

Currently, for the CMS Accountable Care Organization Realizing Equity, Access, and Community Health (ACO REACH) Model, Ms. Collins leads teams responsible for developing and managing dashboard and data feedback reporting and model participant identification and management. With her teams, she creates and implements dynamic systems for managing and vetting provider enrollments, advanced payment model participation, demographics, and analyses focusing on provider participation in advanced payment models and financial performance.
