Alyssa Jordan specializes in the research, design, and dissemination of health communication materials. With a background in public health and social marketing, she develops digital and print products for national campaigns, including digital toolkits, websites, social media, videos, technical briefs, and infographics. She champions user-centered research to build empathy with participants and place their ideas and opinions at the center of the investigation.
Ms. Jordan brings extensive experience leading qualitative research efforts for such clients as CDC, FDA, and NIH. She has moderated hundreds of virtual and in-person focus groups and interviews with diverse participants, including the LGBTQ+ community, health care professionals, pregnant women, firefighters, and people with HIV.
