RTI’s Tami Mark to deliver session keynote at 18th Annual Behavioral Health Informatics Conference and Exposition

Dr. Tami Mark, senior director of our Behavioral Health Financing division, will speak at the California Institute for Behavioral Health Solutions’ 18th Annual Behavioral Health Informatics Conference and Exposition. The event will take place May 2-3 in Carlsbad, CA.

Mark will deliver a 55-minute presentation around preparing for emerging models of value-based payment along with the impacts of the Medicare Access and CHIP Reauthorization Act on public and private health care systems. Mark will also discuss anticipation of new reporting guidelines and how new payment models will likely impact state and county payment mechanisms.

The California Institute for Behavioral Health Solutions was created in 1993 to promote excellence in mental health services through policy, training, evaluation, technical assistance and research.

Tami Mark, PhD, is a globally known health economist and expert on behavioral health care financing and delivery. Dr. Mark joined RTI in 2017 and was previously a vice president and Director of the Center for Behavioral Health Services Research at Truven Health Analytics, an IBM company.
