What you need to know

Thank you for your dedication, commitment, and years of service to RTI International. This site was created to provide former RTI employees a way to access certain plan documents online related to your retiree health benefits with RTI.

Eligibility

To be eligible for RTI retiree benefits, you must meet the following requirements:

  • Must be hired prior to January 1, 2021
  • At least 55 years old
  • At least five years of service (based on your Benefits Service Date)
  • Age plus service must equal at least 65

Plan Documents

Review your healthcare costs based on your Zip Code using the Pre-65 Retiree Aon Cost Modeler. You will need the password to access the Aon Cost Modeler. Contact hrhelp@rti.org to request the password first.

How to Unblock the Modeler to Enable Macros

The first time opening the file, you will encounter a security warning when opening the file because it contains macros. Follow these steps to remove the block and proceed.

Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Download the Pre-65 Retiree Cost Modeler Excel file on your computer in your Downloads folder. (e.g., RTI_Retiree_PDF_2026AEMod)
  2. Right-click the file and select Properties.
  3. In the General tab, look near the bottom for the Security section.
  4. Look for the checkbox labeled Unblock, check it.
  5. Click Apply, then OK.
  6. Open the file and enter the access code listed above.
  7. Your file is now ready to use.

  • You will be contacted by Alight in the month prior to when your coverage is expected to start. Please ensure your personal phone number and e-mail address is updated in Oracle.
