One Acquisition Solution for Integrated Services (OASIS)

The One Acquisition Solution for Integrated Services (OASIS) is a government-wide multiple awards, indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (MA-IDIQ) task order contract. GSA’s OASIS Tier 3  is designed to address government agencies needs for a full range of professional service requirements for solutions that span multiple core professional service disciplines (program management, management consulting, logistics, engineering, scientific, and financial); contain significant IT components (but are not IT requirements themselves); contain ancillary support components [commonly referred to as other direct costs (ODCs)]; allow flexibility for all contract types at the task order level; and integrate multiple professional service disciplines. GSA’s OASIS Tier 3, Best-in-Class (BIC) solutions make procuring complex professional services expedient by maximizing streamlined acquisition processes.
