Process Evaluation

Process evaluation examines how a program is implemented and how activities unfold during delivery. It focuses on whether services are provided as intended, how participants engage, and what challenges or facilitators emerge. RTI conducts process evaluations to help organizations improve fidelity, enhance service delivery, and make informed adjustments during implementation.
