Westleigh Quattrone is a health IT scientist with more than a decade of experience conducting contract and laboratory research in health IT, health care, psychology, and sociology.

His recent research has focused on analyzing data to support the Medicare and Medicaid electronic health records (EHR) incentive programs, public health syndromic surveillance, and assessment tools for Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS). He is also investigating future trends in the use of IT to improve health care quality.

Mr. Quattrone provides subject-matter expertise for such clients as the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, and the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services.
