Tricia Adams is a research statistician providing statistical and task leadership for survey research within RTI’s Division for Statistics and Data Science. She specializes in sampling for complex, multistage designs and performing associated weighting and analysis tasks.

Ms. Adams is a versatile professional who leads and supports teams across many stages of data management, analysis, and delivery. She leads both the analysis and weighting tasks for O*NET, develops programs for sampling tasks, and creates deliverables for the Department of Labor. On the National Survey of Drug Use and Health (NSDUH), she provides imputation and analysis support.

Coupled with her technical expertise, Ms. Adams applies her diverse experience in personnel management to her work at RTI. She acted in a sustained leadership capacity across departments of the Air Force and Navy branches of the U.S. military from 2011 to 2018. Her duties as a personnel support officer included organizing annual fitness assessments and training fitness program managers for the Vermont Air National Guard. She has carried her personnel management skills forward into her role within the DSDS supervising and mentoring early career statisticians.
