Sophie Von Maluski is an economist in RTI’s Payment Model Design & Implementation Program who works on the Accountable Care Organization (ACO) project, aiding the development and implementation of a pay-for-reporting and pay-for-performance system for over 500 ACOs serving Medicare fee-for-service beneficiaries. Mrs. Von Maluski is responsible for leading the reports specification and production processes both quarterly and annually, generating over 140,000 quarterly and annual feedback reports on ACO performance metrics. In addition, she works on the Blue Cross Blue Shield Quartet Evaluation project, which evaluates the effect of a new behavioral health integration platform.

Mrs. Von Maluski is known for her subject matter expertise and attention to detail in her projects and for managing successful partnerships with the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services throughout the quality assurance, control, development, and production processes.

Since joining RTI in 2017, Mrs. Von Maluski worked for the I-195 District Commission under the Rhode Island State Government and worked to bring economic development to the city of Providence. She is skilled in Stata and Excel, and is a member of the Omicron Delta Epsilon International Honors Society in Economics.
