Nicole Lee is a survey project manager with experience working on studies using telephone, web, and mixed-mode methodologies, including large-scale health surveillance studies. Ms. Lee’s expertise includes overseeing survey project operations, developing and testing survey instruments, preparing project materials, leading training sessions, monitoring data collection, preparing reports, checking data, and ensuring quality control.
A member of the American Association for Public Opinion Research, Ms. Lee joined RTI in 2018 and currently works as Data Collection Task Leader on the Ohio Medicaid Assessment Survey (OMAS) and Ohio Pregnancy Assessment Survey (OPAS). Previously, she served as Survey Manager for the Los Angeles County Health Survey, the New York City Community Health Survey, and the Healthy Chicago Survey—all of which are dual-frame random-digit dialing (RDD) telephone surveys. Ms. Lee’s other experience includes Assistant Survey Manager on three computer-assisted telephone interview (CATI) surveys and Web Program Reviewer on an internet panel survey.
