Natassia Rodriguez Ott is a researcher within our Center for Career and Adult Workforce Development. She has expertise in the areas of education-to-workforce transitions, career and technical education (CTE), racial and economic inequality in education outcomes. Dr. Rodriguez Ott currently works on a variety of project types including technical assistance, program evaluation, and national survey data analysis.
Dr. Rodriguez Ott is experienced in quantitative and qualitative methods. She has led large-scale survey studies and developed research designs for multimethod projects. Her breadth of quantitative analytic skills extends from multivariate analyses to quasi-experimental methods.
Prior to joining RTI, Dr. Rodriguez Ott led national survey research for the Stanford Latino Entrepreneurship Initiative at the Stanford Graduate School of Business. She also studied education and labor market pathways for underrepresented minorities and low socioeconomic status youth.
