Natasha Kreisle is a health information research scientist at RTI. She manages complex projects involving cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders and coordinates efforts across health initiatives. Ms. Kreisle is proficient in strategic planning, process management, and stakeholder engagement to ensure the efficient and collaborative achievement of project objectives.

Additionally, Ms. Kreisle has an extensive background in developing, maintaining, and revising healthcare standards. She is skilled in authoring implementation guides and updating value sets to enable seamless data exchange and aggregation. She also supports large-scale analytics and reporting and ensures interoperability among health information systems across organizations.

Currently, Ms. Kreisle supports NC-COMP’s Optimizing the Human Weapon System (OHWS). This program deploys wearable technologies and digital analytics to optimize Service Member health, recovery, and operational performance. Implemented across Army installations such as Fort Bragg and SETAF-AF, OHWS integrates physiological and cognitive data to deliver personalized readiness insights. Service Members use these tools to enhance sleep, recovery, and training effectiveness, while leadership gains aggregated readiness trends to inform decisions. The system transforms health data into actionable performance intelligence, advancing a proactive model of force readiness. OHWS exemplifies NC-COMP’s mission to enhance human performance through technology integration. 

Ms. Kreisle holds a life coach certification from International Coaching Federation. She is also a professional development therapist and has completed a HL7 FHIR Fundamentals, Virtual Learning Program.
