Monica Dongre is a Senior Employment Counsel at RTI who advises her HR and business partners regarding all areas of employment law. She works closely with RTI’s Equity, Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging team. In addition, she serves as the Special Events Co-Chair for the Women’s Advancement, Leadership and Success Employee Resource Group at RTI.
Though she started her career as a litigator with small, well-regarded law firms in Northern Virginia, Monica has spent most of her career as an in-house attorney with a focus on employment law. As a devoted advocate for diversity and inclusion initiatives in the workplace and beyond, Ms. Dongre is also a graduate of The Riley Institute at Furman University’s Diversity Leadership Initiative, where she is now a Riley Fellow. She is licensed to practice law in North Carolina, Virginia, and the District of Columbia. She is also the Labor and Employment Committee Chair for the Research Triangle Area Chapter of the Association of Corporate Counsel.
