Monica Desjardins is a public health analyst for RTI. She is an expert in qualitative coding interview transcripts and large surveys. She frequently collaborates and coordinates with Indigenous community mental health specialists.

Currently, Ms. Desjardins leverages her skills across several projects, including the Researching COVID-19 to Enhance Recovery (RECOVER) Initiative, the National Missing and Unidentified Persons System (NamUs) project, the Hemophilia A Analytical Cohort Research Program (HARP), and the HEALing Communities Study. Before joining RTI in 2022, Ms. Desjardins served as a research assistant at the John Hopkins Center for Indigenous Health. Additionally, she holds a professional membership at the Society for Prevention Research.
