Michele Eddy has more than 13 years of experience with watershed and water quality models and various database systems, both those provided to her and those she has designed and created to manage and examine water quality data. Ms. Eddy's project work and research primarily focus on the development, analysis, and application of spatially based watershed models for watershed planning, ecological and climatological analyses, and investigation of policy initiatives.
Ms. Eddy leads research and development for RTI’s Watershed Flow and Allocation modeling system (WaterFALL), as well as RTI’s Water Forecast Portal. She has also led the development of total maximum daily loads (TMDLs) and related assessments for a number of water bodies and impairments for the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency.
