Lois Holliday is a research forensic scientist in RTI’s Lab Quality Assurance Program and currently serves as the lead technical analyst for the National Laboratory Certification Program. In this role she is responsible for ensuring HHS-certified laboratories are in compliance with HHS Mandatory Guidelines for Federal Workplace Drug testing Programs and evaluating whether appropriate corrective actions are taken for identified deficiencies. She also revises internal documents and guidance documents with new program requirements and assists with the development of training modules. Prior to joining RTI, Ms. Holliday served as a certifying scientist for Laboratory Corporation of America and an analytical scientist for MicroContants. She is a member of the Society of Forensic Toxicology and has been published in the Clinical and Forensic Toxicology News, an AACC/CAP Educational Newsletter for Toxicology Laboratories.
