Connect

Kristana Rogers is a Research Education Analyst at RTI International with more than 25 years of experience in K-12 education. She helps education organizations translate research, evidence, and improvement strategies into practical approaches that strengthen organizational effectiveness, build leadership capacity, and improve outcomes for educators and students.

At RTI, Rogers supports technical assistance, strategic planning, and systems improvement initiatives focused on educator workforce development, instructional improvement, and organizational effectiveness. She works with state and local education leaders on challenges related to educator recruitment and retention, instructional leadership, career pathways, and workforce sustainability.

Before joining RTI, Rogers served in district and school leadership roles, leading instructional improvement, professional learning, curriculum development, and school improvement efforts. Her practitioner experience helps clients bridge the gap between evidence and implementation.

Rogers holds an EdD in Organizational Leadership and is a Project Management Professional (PMP), certified school administrator, and Facilitative Leadership trainer.
