Kimrey Millar

An analyst with more than 27 years’ experience in research methods and measures, Kimrey Millar has extensive experience in school-based studies, with particular expertise in gaining the cooperation of states, districts, and schools. Ms. Millar has overseen many aspects of the survey research process, including managing data collection; recruiting, training, and supervising recruitment and data-collection staff; coordinating and monitoring the quality of data-collection efforts; developing instruments and training materials; writing reports; and monitoring production and costs.

Ms. Millar has worked on longitudinal and evaluative education-based studies related to comprehensive school health, teen dating violence, school-violence prevention, and tobacco-prevention education programs. She has also contributed to projects in the fields of criminal justice, vocational rehabilitation services, and adult literacy studies, and has served as task leader for site recruitment for numerous national and international school studies.
