Kelsey Warren is an economist at RTI where she analyzes and validates data outputs, leads various project management activities, and assists with technical tasks including reports and assignment.
Currently, Ms. Warren serves as a research analyst for the Accountable Care Organization (ACO) Medicare Shared Savings Program. In this role, she is a quality management coordinator and lead for the validation of quarterly and annual reports. She is also the subject matter expert for assignment technical assistance. Additionally, Ms. Warren worked on the Unified Payment for Medicare-Covered Post-Acute Care project. On the Unified PAC project, she analyzed data outputs, led the creation of briefing materials for client staff and leadership, and assisted with various activities related to the prototype’s development, including technical expert panels.
Ms. Warren joined RTI in 2019. Prior, she participated in a public health fellowship at a community health system offering comprehensive health services to multiple counties in North Carolina. Her experience from this fellowship includes qualitative and quantitative research on access to health care and patient outcomes, leadership and facilitation of a network of safety net health care providers, and participation in multiple location coalitions/initiatives. These initiatives aimed to provide resources and improve the quality of life for community members to better access much-needed health services.
