Kathryn Greenwell is a public health analyst at RTI where she works with large surveys, conducts research, utilizes qualitative and quantitative methods, studies design, develops survey instruments, and provides technical assistance and training. These skills often relate to policing, investigation, and forensic science topics.
Since joining RTI in 2017, Ms. Greenwell has contributed to several projects. Some of her current projects include the Oregon Measure 110 Drug Decriminalization: Outcome Evaluation, the Census of Medical Examiner and Coroner Offices, and the Sexual Assault Kit Initiative. Additionally, Ms. Greenwell is a member of RTI’s Forensic Technology Center of Excellence.
