Kathryn Foster is a public health analyst at RTI where she works on projects related to quality measurement, public reporting, and the implementation of federal payment models. Ms. Foster has extensive experience supporting the development and maintenance of federal health care-related websites, including usability testing and web content drafting/reviewing. She is skilled at developing newsletters, webinars, training materials, and other resources for practices and providers.

Ms. Foster joined RTI in 2018. Currently, she is working on the engagement task for RECOVER (Researching COVID to Enhance Recovery) Initiative and supporting practice education and engagement for Primary Care First (PCF). This work includes supporting payment, operations, monitoring, and quality. Additionally, Ms. Foster works on the Alignment of Quality and Public Reporting Programs and Websites project by supporting the maintenance of two Medicare websites.
