John Getz

John Getz has more than 20 years of diverse experience spanning program management, medical intelligence, biotechnology, regenerative medicine, and strategic operations. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Millersville University of Pennsylvania, where he received the Distinguished Alumni Award for his contributions to science and Service members.

Mr. Getz's career has been defined by leadership in advanced defense initiatives, including forensic analysis, POW/MIA recovery missions, and injury assessment/advancements from point-of-injury to definitive care settings. He has also driven the development of new manufacturing capabilities as well as integrated protection systems for vehicles, and personnel—enhancing warfighter capabilities through innovation and precision.

With a background that bridges commercial enterprise and military operations, Mr. Getz is known for his strategic communication skills and forward-thinking approach. He is a certified Program Manager through the Defense Acquisition University and has served as a Contractors Officer Representative, ensuring mission success and operational integrity.

Beyond his professional achievements, Mr. Getz is deeply committed to mentorship and community service. He is a certified mentor-trainer, helping students navigate academic and career pathways, and volunteers with the Special Olympics. Additionally, as a member of the Capitol Region Patriot Guard, he honors and supports veterans and their families.
