Jennifer Persson is an educational consultant for RTI’s Center for Education Services. She is an expert in professional development and differentiated instruction, and her research interests and areas of expertise include issues pertaining to equity and access in mathematics education. Throughout her career, Dr. Persson has passionately supported educators in using data to drive instructional improvement for all students.
Dr. Persson has substantial experience as a practitioner and coach, having served as a middle and high school mathematics teacher for 6 years, and an instructional coach for 12 years. Prior to joining RTI, Persson worked with educators and administrators in schools and districts across the nation to accurately assess students’ needs and then use data to drive instructional improvement initiatives.
